Erinvale Golf & Country Club

This Golf Club is certainly the most beautiful and best known in Somerset West. It was designed by Gary Player and one of the best golf courses in South Africa. The location at the foot of the Helderberg mountain, with the Hottentots Holland Mountains in the background and the view of the sea is simply great.  The first 9 holes in the lower section are preety easy to play yet, but if it then the slopes of the Helderberg goes up, the golfers not only playful but also stamina required. For guests of the course is from 15.12 to 31.01 closed. But we can reserve tee times for you..

Strand Golf Club
Dieser sehr abwechslungsreiche Golfkurs liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe des langen Sandstrandes an der False Bay. Wegen der vielen Bunker, Wasserläufe, Dämme und oft heftig wehenden Windes ist er nicht einfach zu spielen. Jedes Jahr im April findet ein Turnier statt, bezeichnenderweise hat es den Namen Southeaster, nach dem aus südöstlicher Richtung im Sommer stark wehenden Wind benannt.

Somerset West Country Club
Der Somerset West Country Club ist einer der wenigen traditionellen Clubs, die neben Golf auch Tennis, Squash und Bowling anbieten. Der Golfkurs mit dem alten hohen Baumbestand ist nicht besonders schwierig und der durchschnittliche Golfer bleibt hier oft 2 bis 3 Schläge unter seinem Handicap.

Helderberg Village Golf Club
Ein kleiner Club, der eigentlich für die Bewohner des Helderberg Village gedacht ist. Gäste sind aber trotzdem sehr willkommen. Der Golfplatz ist sehr gepflegt, ruhig gelegen und selten überfüllt.
